I've had this ball and glove in my family since the early 1900's. My great uncle was a ballplayer.

I'd like to rely on the expertise of others to help determine whom may have manufactured this glove. There are no visible stamped markings.

The baseball has alternating red and green stitching.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Comments can be emailed to:

    THANKS!!!

Are you sure its not red and blue? That would put the ball at pre-1935, made by Reach. There should be a makers mark on or inside the wristband, if there isn't idk what to tell ya.

The glove is what is called a 1" web (for obvious reasons). It dates to the teens. Is there a tag on the back of the wrist strap or stamping in the palm?
