Bought this creamer at a thrift shop for almost nothing. I am not familiar with this specific brand of china...W.S. George on the bottom is either Derwood 5 or 6 with 173 A under it, also written in gold is the #67980. I would like to know the pattern possibly the year made...5 1/2 inches from tip of spout to handle...2 1/2 inches tall
This might help

Thankyou for the website...it gave me some info but I did not find this paticular pattern, thats okay I love a good mystery
Maryh1956 is really good with this sort of thing. Maybe she will see this and be able to help. This one is really elusive!
Any luck?
That particular mark was used between 1930-59. The company was in Kittanning, Pennsylvania. You might find the pattern at replacements.com.
Thankyou maryh1956, this info will get me started...
I had a peek at replacements and found out that Derwood refers to the shape of the dishes, not the pattern, and there quite a few with that name. The Geo 06 doesn't look the same so more research is required
