Anniversary style clock?

I call it a anniversary style clock.( don't know what else to call it) it's 8" tall all plastic. Sheffield, made in west Germany. Missing one dancer, was told you could buy one,have not seen one and I think you would have to take out the clock to replace it as the top does not come off.
