1962 DDR/DDO

This is a 1962 Jefferson nickel that I found awhile back. It has strong DDO and DDR features. It also has 3 die breaks on his cheekbone, that look like whiskers. He has dbl nose, lips and forehead. All the lettering on both sides is dbl'ed. Even the dome is dbl'ed. The entire coin shows doubling. It also looks like either both front and back dies shifted or rotated a bit, making a dragged look at all letters. Has anyone got any knowledge about this coin? I can't find any info at all. thanks
