A WWII aircraft identification book , published by The Aeroplane magazine in 1942.
This book is a little special to me as it belonged to my uncle when he was a boy. To me the fact that he has drawn smoke coming out of some of the bombers and bullets coming from some of the fighters, makes it better, as I knew who did that.
There are really great period quotes in these books, they are; "No other details available for publication" and "German source quotes top speed as 267 mph". It says, there is a war on and some things are secret.
I have a couple more of these books in much better condition than this one, but this one is special. It was free, it was my uncles copy.
GREAT book! Great designs!!
