New Project Pedal Vespa, really

This is a project I picked up in Calif. while on vacation in March.
It is a Castelli "motor bike" The forth picture I found on the Web and hope mine comes out close. Mine is missing some parts which I have worked to replace. I had a piece manufactured, found some stuff in a bike department, and some after market Murray parts from Speedway.
If any one has information, knowledge, knows of a possible donor piece etc. Please let me know.
FYI, I have the items I work on sand blasted and powder coated at a huge machine shop and the graphics are reproduced by a friend that does car "wraps". All I do for graphics is provide a picture (pdf file etc.)
and my friend can make it happen.
