Husband brought this home. The vase is metal sterling? Is marked on bottom of vase with 38A. Any idea where to start looking? Thanks for any info. Have a good day.

If the base is sterling it should be marked somewhere with sterling or some other maker's hallmarks. Very nice enameled glass though. But if you can identify the metal on the base that may give you a start as to what you have.
