Silver shovel pendant

I bought this shovel pendant together with the gun pendant and the cross.
I was so lucky the day I found these items. I bought them from an old man who had sold silver items whole his life and now was having a clearance.
Its about 5 cm high and its silver with a wooden handle, so again, a big pendant.
Its marked 7AR 800.
I love it, its so unusual.
I guess its from the same period as my gun pendant.
Again, if someone know when and where it was made, I would be grateful for the info.
