Another something I found in the basement of my grandmother house, she purchased the house in 1967 and it had thing in it when she purchased it. I'm not use how to categorize it. I love for someone to tell me. It looks like it may have been painted over.

Its very similar I look all day yesterday for something on Internet. its been painted i will check under and see if there is anything under the paint. Thanks
