Can anyone tell what all the initials mean on this pin back. Tiny 1/2" diameter. Enamel front and back looks like copper. Initials on front A.A. of S&E.R.E. OFA. Cable car picture? On the reverse it says Official Detroit and has an emblem with IU and the number 16. Thank you for your help. If I can figure out what the initials mean, I can do more research on this tiny treasure. Thank you.

Probably a pin from around Detroit from some company, anniversary pin for workers.
