    Not sure what this item was used for. It has a screw off top that has "sprinkler" type holes. Thanks for any help.

      Dimensions?
      Possibly mfg. prior to 1965, as the company moved to Niles, Illinois at that time

      How about a one plant watering can???

      On a more serious note, it has the American Flag, with the Eagle clutching arrows on it. Could it be a special commemorative patriotic decorative piece, with no practical application intended?

      Does the top come off?

      It looks a lot like a flour sifter my grandmother used when making biscuits/dough. Used it to sprinkle flour on the dough to keep it from sticking. Hers was very plain by comparison though, no markings at all.
