I am looking for any information about this doll "mannequin" such as age, maker, use, origin, value, or anything else someone may have knowledge of. It is not signed, hand carved from wood, scalloped edges are cut in relief and it is all hand painted. The mannequin not including the base is 17 inches tall it is is 6" across at the bottom and 7" across at the shoulders and about 4" deep. The 5 1/2" diameter stand is 7 1/2" tall and it is attached with a standard furniture bolt with course thread into the turned stand that changes to fine thread that fits a nut in the mannequin's base.
Any and all info would be appreciated. More photos are available at the following links:

It appears to be a decorative piece that would sit on a womans vanity or dresser , it may have had a small hat that went with it at one time . It does not appear to be an mannequin used for function as such but as decor piece. I would like to see base if you could post it .

Thank you for extra photo .It is a decor piece not vintage . Meant to be a little display for dresser or any small table top . You could drape a piece of jewlery on it. a small hat ect . I think it may fall into what some call "Shabby Chic " design
