    Hello CW,
Does anyone here know how to untangle this? I tried to untangle the chain but it seems to just get worse. Also, do you know what these are? They have a swirl on some of them. 14k yellow gold. Thank you.

It is sort of a light cream color with a swirl on some of them others just have darker spots.

If they are heavy and cold like stone, they may be white onyx from Mexico. To untangle them, you may have to detach the beads. Try poking the knot with a long needle to see if you can loosen the strands.

Yes indeed ivory. To untangle you have to take the chain between your two thumbs and then rub clockwise...this should get it loose just enough to untangle. You might want to use a needle in the process.

Funny, thats EXACTLY what I do to
Rub it between thumb and forefinger and then use a needle to pull it apart

I wasnt born with this knowledge, I admit :-)
I looked it up only a few months ago, when I had some tangled necklaces of my own. This method really worked well for me.
