Hello again, I have a final question.
I love this but want to know more about it. Old or newer? (I have owned it a long time.) Is it a pin or pendant or what? Thanks.

It is a newer piece made in the Belle Époque style. The pin on the bottom used to have a dangling bead or pearl, and the whole thing looks like it could be an ornament for a purse with little spokes on top going through the fabric. Does it have a hook for a pin on the left edge (the back view)?

Hello, yes, there is a hook at the left side. Also two small closed loops at the top. What are those for?
It is gold though not marked. How old would you guess it is? Thanks.
      Fascinating.

I think this is end Victorian or Edwardian. I could have been a part of a more ornate jewel. And is it possible that the hook at the left is used as clasp for a pin?
The photos are clear but could you make a more detailed photo please?

      I say 60's-70's or newer.

Its a pin AND a pendant, it was made to be used both ways, with a pin and a bale.

Can't tell if its costume or fine, are those pearls and diamonds and sapphire/ruby? Photos aren't detailed enough
