Art Deco Perfume Bottle

I found this in a Pawn/Antique shop a couple of weeks ago. The owner wasn't sure what it was, but as I looked at it I noticed the siphon going down in the bottle. I'm guessing it's missing the spray bulb that would go on the small nipple on the left side of the head in the first 2 pics, and it sprayed out the small hole in the head, 3rd pic. (sorry about the focus). I'm not sure what kind of glass it is, it's quite heavy. I'm guessing Czech, but if someone has a better idea, I'd love to hear it. Thanks for looking!
