This is a corner cabinet made from mahogany and birds eye maple wood. the back of it is planks, and it has no feet. must have originally been built come into a wall. Does any one know what period or style this is? How old is this? The top seems to have a pineapple. There are two faces and in the center is a rose.

I guess I could have put more so the entire cabinet shows. If I have time I will.

Is that all you have of it? The pineapple became a sign of piece after Capt. Cooks voyage around the world. An ironic note is that it replaced the acorn finial on British military guns.
I thought the other blank spaces were pics of the feet that are missing. Beautiful work & looking forward to more pics.

Just to add, may not be a pineapple, but an acorn? It originally had wood shelves, may have been a book case.

Looks a bit like art nouveau?
