Weeks ago found with Ebay Germany this Lead Cristal Plate. Was fascinated from the fineness of the pattern. The Star Cut is like Brilliants. This plate here is 13" long. Never before I had a look to Lead Cristal but this one ,think, is a kind of Artwork. 19.Cent. or early 20.Cent. It is sure bohemian, not american.: Had a mail with Mr. Biden (The House of Brilliant Glass)

America was known for this kind of brilliant cutting. I wouldn't exclude an American Origin for this piece. have you looked for an acid signature on the flat part of this. the sigs were often hidden but possible to find with light hitting at the right angles.

It´s possible Westmoreland. Saw in the Westmoreland forum similar Glassware!

Pretty sure not westmoreland. They were pressed glass. I don't think they did any cut glass... I could be wrong though.

Beautiful piece. Try holding a black light on the piece in a dark place. Should glow a light blue to lime green. Truly a beautiful piece of cut glass.
