I bought this hanging lamp back in the 80s. It is now 33 years old.
In the bottom of the lamp is a pump that pumps oil up the tube to the strings that r around the lamp, than the oil goes down the strings like rain drops. In the middle of the lamp is a house that has a wheel on it. The oil also pumps on the wheel to make it turn, the warmer the oil the faster the wheel turns. Under neath the top of the lamp is a light that shines on the rain drops and on the house with the wheel turning.
It is so cool to watch the raindrops and the wheel turn.
