This is an Antique Lavaliere that I bought many years ago. I totally forgot all the information I was told on it. All I know is that its from Europe. Either Austria, Sweden.....not sure...I have never worn this and it sits in my box. If anyone can tell me anything..that would be a blessing...I bought it many years ago with the dealer saying it was gold....lol.

This one is hard to identify, it's "timeless". The short chains and the "rosettes" on the top and bottom (I hope someone will contribute the proper name to call them) look late Victorian or even Edwardian in style. If the twisted wires around the pendant appear machine made, then the piece is probably not Georgian. If the design on metal under the blue enamel is uniform, it's engine-turned, and therefore, likely to be from around 1900. Your best bet would be to try and identify the marks.

Just to clarify/expand my earlier comment: engine-turned decoration has been around for a couple of hundred years (examples can be seen on 18th century Swiss pocket watches) but it's around 1900 and that we start to commonly see it covered with colored vitreous enamel (up to the present day).
The hexagonal and the trefoil hallmark are Swedish (the trefoil is upside down), S in the hexagon is for Silver, so the pendant must be silver-gilt.

Moonstonelover I have recently bought a brooch that in the details are similar to your. I will post it in a few days here on CW. I'm from Sweden and I'm really not sure these are. Could it be somethingelse that looks like the three swedish crowns mark? My marks are blury but I will post them as well. Hopefully we will get some more answers.
It was late night when I looked at this. Now I'm awake :) and have looked more closely and compareded to sources. This must be swedish. Photo nr 3 is up side down. Turn it around and then the first mark is the maker (what are the letters?), then you have the three crowns mark with S for silver. Then you have the citymark but it's blury (does it look like a crowned C for Kristianstad or a crowned G for Göteborg?). The last mark is the yearmark. Can you work out what it sais? I think this is from 1900-1920's. Get back to me and I might be able to work out the maker with more information.

It´s a jugend (art noveau) brooch. It sais the makers mark is OK and that there is a G mark so now we know it's made in Göteborg (Gothenburg) Sweden, I wasn´t sure if it was a C or a G on yours. This one is marked K7 (1912). Yours looks to be marked Q7 (1918) or O7 (1916). I can´t find your makers mark in the Swedac register that starts from 1913, but if a come a cross an answer on that later I will tell you. But now you know your brooch is made in Göteborg Sweden by maker with mark OK somewhere around 1916/1918.
I will later today post my brooch that is different from yours but simlar in details.

I see, your welcome. So this is not Georgian. From the same time as Edwardian jewellry but ofcourse this is not brittish. Art noveau style.
