Decanter....old????

Another estate find. I have gotten several decanters, vases and pitchers over the years from estate sales but this one seems to be very old. Any information of what to look for is appreciated. The stopper is hollow and I did the test of pushing it in and picking it up by the stopper. I was able to do so. Thanks!
