It does not look Chinese... My guess would be Mexico, Mayan style.

Nothing Mexican, but poor (modern reproduction) imitation of popular motifs in Chinese Archaic Jade. Suspicious material, do not seemed like quality nephrite, and mediocre carvings to be frank. The two animals are supposed to be tigers if I am not mistaken, but crudely done.
