    This belonged to my grandfather James Vincent Conerty 1889-1933. still works. Wondering what year this was made?

      You need to open the backup. On the movement is a serial number that will give you all the info you're looking for.... Use the link I left you on the other listing you did for this watch.....

      Take it to a watch repair/jeweler and let them open it for you. I'm sure they wouldn't charge very much. Once you get the back off you'll be amazed at just how beautiful these old watches really are!

      well from the loook of it,..and the fact ive got one i just posted that has the same hands and style of numbers,...its from the 20s,.mines from 1824 so that gives you a range at least,..love the squared off case if you look close in the corners odds are one has a gap for someone to gently pop it open,..but definitly if your spooked dont do it,..its easy to scratch the metal
