I inherited these 2 tables from my Great Aunt. She lived in Brooklyn, NYC. The table on the right is larger. It measures approx 30" tall by 32" wide by 40" long. I've had them now for almost 20 years, and wondered if anyone knew anything about them. I have an idea that the hairy cloven hooves on the table on the right are significant, because I can't find any pictures of another example of them anywhere.
I have a table exactly like that one I got it from my grandfather when he died he had gotten it from his grandfather if you have any information please let me know
Both appear to be late 19th century Eastlake tables. The one on the right looks to be significantly higher quality with some hand carved details.

as far as my current research, i've been looking at examples of tables by Thomas Brooks made around 1870 in Brooklyn NYC. Google his name and you'll see that the tables look very similar. However i have yet to find any maker's marks on the 2 tables.
