First one of these I have ever seen. This is a Plaque from a 1929 Bicycle race from my area and surrounding towns.

Just wondering about the time element concerning the foundation of the Y.M.C.A.

I don't know when the YMCA was founded, but it was huge during WW1 providing assistance to soldiers in the US and overseas in the form of recreation services and "care" items.
