I feel that this is a good catch that I can show you today.
This are two are same cloisonne salt. With a range that indicates that they contain 835 silver and imported in the Netherlands from 1953 on. Furthermore, there are no marks in so I do not know where these little salt celars are made. They are absolutely beautiful decorated with flowers in blue, green, white and rose cloisonne. There are three ball feet below each salt and they have a beautiful scalloped edge. I suspect they are from origin from Russia. But since I have no sense of I seek your assistance in this. They are each about 2.5 cn high and including the sculpted edge almost 4 cm in diameter.
Is there someone here on CW who knows more to tell about or specialist in Russian cloisonne? I would love to hear from you?
Beautiful Agram
nldionne thanks for your nice compliment!
Mustangtony thanks for loving so often
I don't know anything about Russian cloisonne, but I know that these are absolutely gorgeous! You find so many wonderful things in your country - I don't suppose you would consider becoming an agent for my shop to find me beautiful and wonderful things??!!
Thanks antiquarius123 I send you a separate private mail to your address. Thanks for your nice comment and loving!

inky thanks for your nice compliment and loving
bratjdd this resemble mine salts very much that's a fact. But how could I get if for sure? I'v realy now idea because this is a very specialistic art of antiques.
Thanks anyway for all the trouble to help me find a question on all my answers about this.
I found several other Russian salts with ball feet, so it must have been a common design in Russia.

Bratjdd and Stillwater thanks you both for all your effort to help me indicating. The only difference I see on other salts you both find and showed me and other interesents is that there are used curled wire to border the enamel and the wire of my salts are smooth. And believe me the detailed works is so small and intrigating it must have cost hours and hours to make this work. Don't forget the "seize" of those salts roughly 2.5 x 2.5 cm. Also another difference with other examples is the scalloped edge. Where to get an improved appraisal? Who can tell more about???
Thanks you all for thinking with and for me!!
I discovered another difference with the others I have seen so far. Namely the bottoms of all the others are without pattern mine is full from edge including bottom. that's also to make it difficult to find a place for marking only on the bold feet.
Well I wasn't suggesting that they were made by the same person, I was just trying to show that ball-feet appear to be a common technique with Russian salts, so that I thought you were correct in thinking they were Russian. I know there are different from yours, but all I'm trying to confirm is that they are Russian as you thought
Stillwater of course all you say is correct. To mention the differences is perhaps the only way to determine the maker, period, and be sure it's Russian indeed as we both think. So we agree in all. That's very good and I thank you for all you searched but I 'm still trying to get more and more information than I'll already have.
Poop thanks a lot for your interest and loving
maryh1956 thanks for your interest and loving my salts
russian cloisonne usually is marked with zoltonics or the the number 84. Thes salts look more like chinese to me a si sold some nearly identical to these a couple of years ago but mine wher made in India.
Thanks Johanna for your comment. As a matter of fact these salts were not marked at all in the first place. Because the only mark they have was put on later and is a Dutch mark for imported 835 silver. So indeed the country of origin, the period and the maker are up till now still unknown. The style of the salts are Russian with the ball feet.
jwendell222 I see you know a lot about Asian pieces perhaps maybe you kindly want to take a look for a moment at these salts and say what you think of it?
These are not Russian: the shape, the style of decoration, and the application are not Russian, perhaps Asian. And a couple of items in the links are modern reproductions.
JayHow that's a nice comment I thank you for that and also for loving! I'm already searching. I'l hope once to get an answer on my questions about these salts.
beautiful!!!!!!!
Claudia1971 thanks for your very nice ccompliment and loving!
The enameling is beautiful Agram. There is some information on Russian silver here, we haven't seen any salts like these if I'm honest.
