I found these while digging at my favorite honey hole in Easton Pa. It's a Ladies' "patriotic" sash-belt/dress-belt. They date from the 1870s-to-1890s. That date-range is certified by the "shield" button-face in it being an Ohio State Seal militia version from the 1870s. Specifically, the Albert button-book shows it as button# OH-5B ...made by the Waterbury Button Company between 1870 and 1890.
