Danish/modern style table???

I bought this table 7 or 8 years ago from a used furniture store in Virginia. I keep it covered with a tablecloth because it needs to be refinished, but I love the look of it and hope to find out who made it. It has no labels or identifying marks, other than the number 6805-23 scrawled on the underside of all the pieces (table + 3 leaves). The top appears to be veneered; there is a decorative stripe on each end where the grain runs in the opposite direction from the grain on the rest of the table (oops, should have taken a picture of this). My pictures show the table with one leaf in it, and some of the construction and hardware features underneath. Thanks!
