So I brought this one out of the safe for you guys.
This is an 18 carat gold bracelet I inherited from my grandmother 10 years ago. Its really heavy, but its not very spectacular. I'm sure every woman had one like this in the past. I dont know how old it is though. In my opinion you could still buy something like this new. Nowadays nobody I know wears heavy gold anymore. And I dont wear it either.
Both my grandmothers loved jewelry so it runs in the family. My eldest daughter loves jewelry too, she's a bit of a tomboy and she looses everything I give her, so she has to wait some years before the really neat pieces come her way :-)
So does anybody know which period this bracelet is from?

You are right Newtimes and what a coincidence I have almost the same bracelet inherited from my grandmother (http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/46548-vintage-yellow-gold-14k-bracelet-from-ab ) aand that's why I know the time period this bracelet is from
the 50/60's I'm quite sure about that. Let it in store (as mine) it will return in fashion as almost all jewelry and fasion do.

Stillwater, you are right of course. So I looked at the stamps, There are three:
750: thats the gold content
* 303 VI : I have no idea about that one
FOPE : thats apparently the company and so its form Italy! I dont know it though...
WOW, I solved my mystery myself :-)
Does anybody know what the * 303 VI stamp means ?
If the company is Italian, than that number is their official registry number, and the two letters stand for the region (Monticello Conte Otto).
