RS China Creamer bottom is a little blurry not sure how old it is. If any knows the history I'd love to hear it!

Hi: Your piece is actually a small tankard; there were no sugar bowls to match this pitcher. It was first sold between 1900 and 1905 with the Royal Vienna Germany mark (in sizes up to 12 inches tall) , but pieces with the RS Germany mark are a bit later, and probably date from 1910 to 1920. This fancy shape has been copied by later manufacturers, but their copies are not nearly as nice as the originals like yours.

Thank You Rjkinkent! I love history and the dating you have provided me makes sense when you considered that all three pieces I have put up here date from the same period. They all came from one person's collection! Thanks again!
