Bloodbroth…

Hello,
New to this sight and in need of some advice. Trying to correctly I.D. the above mentioned chair and find an accurate value for it. I have seen them sell for $1400 - $20,000 on various sites but have not been able to determine the differences between them to establish any standard of value. Can anyone here help out?
Thanks, Dan
As far as the pricing, I have found them all over the place but on the higher end "liveauctioneer.com" @ 16K -
I'm already aware of the value of these in a sense; have a buyer right now at a $1K as it sits. I know it's worth at least $2800 but was trying to find someone that can give me some details to look for in regards to rarity that brings the higher prices I mentioned. I do appreciate your help; do you know anyone that is familiar with these? There should be some details that would distinguish the values but have not located any; that's what I'm trying to find.
It looks great even without its upholstering...
Eye4Beauty; thank you very much for trying to help as well as for your suggestions.
Here is a link to the 16K piece I mentioned:

No, actually $16,000.00 is what I meant - just as the link reflects.
It appears to be the Round Series Lounge Chair by Nanna Ditzel. Featured in the Spring 2012 issue of Atomic Ranch Magazine. "The Round Chair, an immensely capacious yet shallow-seated lounge, doubles as a fine dining chair. It's teak frame and cushions unite Nanna's traditional cabinet making training with Jorgen (Ditzel's) upholstery expertise."
Nanna's most popular chair...
Very cool chair. My sister has one of these in her home with blue upholstery. Will post pics soon.
