Late Victorian/Edwardian Scottish Agate Brooch
This little brooch is just so pretty.
Queen Victoria made Scottish Agate jewelry very popular in the mid 19th century with her passian for all things Scottish.
Buckles were a popular shape and this loverly sterling silver brooch set with green Malachite is a really good example.
Stamped 925 for Sterling on the back.
Beautiful as always:)
Anything with a buckle is tops on my list
