Ring #4 Help Needed as always

Here is the fourth. A little more plain, but also nice, looks handmade to me. A shiny stone here! Not sure if this is a more modern one,but the silver....or metal looks old. This is the last of the really old nice ones, but there are a few more newer ones I will post later. Thanks for looking!!!
