I love items that look as if it was made by grandma in a pottery class, this Alter Cross is such a piece ,everything about this porcelain cross looks hand made , many imperfections ,yet such a lovely piece of folk art! The personal hand writing on the tablets of the ten commandments and the back structure of the candle holders and the base ,you can see a few finger prints fired in the piece. Wonderful!
