I found this Italian Decanter yesterday. I loved how it looks like some Wayne Husted that I collect. What I HATE is the red color. I can't tell if it is glazed in there or painted on. I hit is with some nail polish (what? I'm a girl...its handy) to no results. Looking for thoughts from the CW team. If the vote is that the red is permanent, I think it will go in the sell pile.

Love this decanter - even with the red! The stopper won't be original to the decanter, will it? Very unsual!!! Bound to catch one's eye!!! : ) Great job!!!
MiKKo, I do think the stopper is original. There was another decanter there, more square and not to my taste but obviously the same maker with same stopper.
I would fill it with my home wine! Red of course!! Nice
