My Wife bought this at a sale and any help with information on it will be appreciated. August Blanche wrote this book in 1870 and it is in remarkable condition to be 140 years old. Bilder ur Verkligheten 111. and under the Roman numeral it says EnSkadespelares Afventyr. If you need more information, I will post it. I need your help please.

But you've got me thinking about the relationship between Shakespeare and the Swedis word 'skådespelares', Tony.
August Blanche 1811-1868 was a Swedish editor of a liberal weekly called Freja. He wrote this in 1864. He became a politician later in life and fought as a member of parliament for liberal reforms: the death penalty, corporal punishment in schools and censorship in tha arts.
