I have been watching the letter box not!! so very patiently…and my finger nails are down to the bone, waiting!...waiting!!! for this awesome piece of glass to arrive and!! today it did…..to say I am a tad! excited and so very pleased would be a just a little understated!
A very large ‘Sea Urchin’ bowl on stand/mount.. by Kralik.
Amazing colours of deep blue – green iridescence, and when you see it upside down you can understand why Alfred named this décor 'Sea Urchin’.
The seller was quite embarrassed about having to charge me as much as she did for the postage, so I was sure she was going to pack it well and she did, it was just unfortunate the legs managed to get slightly bent
I was more worried about the glass bowl arriving in one piece… no need!.. it was packed really well... it was the stand that suffered a bit.... slight pushed out of shape making the bowl fall to one side, nothing too major and needs fixing but! would prefer someone who knows what they are doing to do it properly.. mean time I will just love it the way it is for now.

Apart from that!... in excelent condition. It’s an incredibly large thing standing.. approx….23cm x 27cm in diameter… (in the mount)
I have added the fourth photo with other vases to try show the size of it.

I'm honestly blown away. And I'm about the same colour as your bowl with envy! Its a stunning piece and I really love the nouveau styles.

Very nice. I love this decor too. I saw an example last year at a show but the seller had it identified as Loetz and was asking way toooo much! Good on you inky.

Hello Mac63..I was lucky enough that the seller didn't know what she had, which makes me feel a little sad as she was a lovely lady to deal with, but as long as she was happy with her amount… I suppose!...:-)

Greatsnowyowl..I have to really agree and am guilty of that! the latest is always the best to me… no matter what it is….I am just as excited about... lol!.. I was going to say a cheap piece but! since they are all cheap with me....as I am about an expensive piece…I love them all, no matter who and worth!...:-)

That stand is pretty ornate, but as Alfredo noted it has appeared on other decors and bowl sizes. Makes one wonder who produced it!? Very nice collection addition!
