Around $600-1000 I would think. Very cool.

Are you sure they are hand signed? The ink in the Kaline seems similar to the stamped "Tigers".

My Dad also has a New England Patroits Superbown Football 2nd Superbowl signed by 18 of the players. Authentic: Reason being: Locker Roomed signed. My sister knew one of the players wives "Brandon Goines", he took it into the locker room and has 18 of the players sign it for my Dad's Christmas Gift & Tom Brady signed a jersey for him as well. Pics are coming up next stay tuned!! :o)

Then yeah, the '68 Tigers were a historic team. Denny McLain won 31 games, the last pitcher to do so. The next year they had pretty much the same team, but a ball from the next year would be worth far less. You people have impecible timing :P

I do believe this ball is the printed type sold at the souvenir stands. All of the signatures would have been signed by the same pen, and they are too uniform. The end of a signature is usually lighter because there is less pressure on the pen as the person finishes the signature. This is just my opinion, I have been collecting baseball memorabilia for over thirty years.

I agree with stepback. Unfortunately this does seem to be the case.

Agree with stepback and electo-- the ball is a stamped souvenir ball NOT hand signed.

      Worth about $20.

laura your tiger baseball is worth 800 if it does NOT have norm cash signature .if you have norm cash on it, it is worth considerably more.
    18. jake, 13 years ago
i looked closely at the base ball and it appears to be a stamped baseball. if so its worth 10 bucks if that.

Hi, That is not an hand signed ball! I have the exact ball and they are machine printed! Yes the Tigers ripped people off back then, I bought mine at Tiger stradium at a games vs the Yankees. Look at the ink on the signatures, they are all the same color! No way a room full of guys in 1968 are going to all sign using black ink! Yours looks nice in the case but it;s not worth a whole lot, sorry!

I have a 1968 team signed tiger baseball with documentation of my grandfather recieving it. It is individually signed by the entire team ( NOT printed). I have been given anywhere from $300-$900 on the value. I am thinking about selling it. It is not in a case and yellow with age, all signitures totally readable, and I have the original box ( although flattened...but all still there). Any idea on value or interest in it?

Also.. I have a postcard type "baseball card" signed by Hank Greenberg ( yes, hand signed) It mentions a "lucky piece" given to him by my mothers ex husband. It is torn but not through and does not affect the signature. Any idea if it is worth anything?

Terri-- Hank Greenberg's signature would have value. He is a Hall of Famer and died about 20 years ago.
