garage with a small doll prank joke from the 50's

I bought some vintage toys from a closed shop about 14 years ago, and this small garage with a lovely baby stroller and a cute baby hard plastic. once you open the garage door is fly's by so fast! LOL. the garage is a bout 7 inch long .

I know it is from the 60's but can't tell the maker , any help?.
