This is a bronze medallion 4in. in diameter. It has "SEAL OF THE CITY OF TOLEDO" "JANUARY 7 1837"on it. It has a felt lined leather case with the seal on the top and a hallmark on the bottom. The medallion is flat on the back side. The date is when Toledo was incorporated as a city. I bought it in Bowling Green Ohio, I was told that it was found in a high school that was being torn down. I would like help identifying it. Thank You!

Looks like same same style as Roycroft period ...Arts and crafts period...as far as letters. Do not know if date is contemporary with the piece

I am still searching for any information on this piece. Particularly the makers mark. I have not been able to find any information on it. Thanks!
