I got this years ago in my estate sale travels - and it was outside in an outdoor shrine to the Goddess. One day I decided to see if it was marked - an LO AND BEHOLD! A Super duper rare La Mirada Potteries (1935-39) Art Deco Quan Yin! Kwan Yin Guanyin. It is spelled so many ways!
She is only 6 inches tall - and I could only find one other on the web in Worthpoint that sold in 2008 (?) for I don't know how much cause I don't want to pay! There was no picture though. :( This is also posted elsewhere right now - but does not come up in google search. Pooh.
Anyone know anything more about La Mirada? Anyone else have one?
