This came to me from my father about 10 years ago. When I was six or seven living in a small town in NH my father decided to put in an above ground swimming pool for us kids. The only problem was finding a flat spot to put it on... Our back yard was a hill sloping up to the street above ours. Being resourceful, he rented a backhoe and dug out a spot for the pool to sit. He was well into the side of the hill with his bucket when he saw something shiney in the dirt. It was this ring... No finger attached thankfully...
Very nice find...is the stone clear or opaque....? What colour?

On the last picture it does show that it might be a tigers eye....if it was a little clearer stone it would be more a quartz family. Nice find!!! Very Retro!!!
