Help identify!!!! Please!!

Can not identify this open pocket watch that I had for long time and wonder if anyone can help me?? It's very strange that I can't find any picture like it. It's very little information to give, but the interesting part, its 18 carat solid gold. In front it's only written Milus with a logo above. No numbers for the time, only marks in different sizes. At the back side it got 3 stamps and the numbers 11.73 written like this. It got the stamp; 18k 0.750. On the left side of this one, it's a stamp with the numbers 117. I think.. Difficult to say for sure. On the right side, it looks like a stamp with a head, but it can really be anything.
Anyone know more about this one, please let me know!!!
