Antique Salon Chair - Eastlake Inspired

I tried to find this everywhere online but the only thing I found was salon chairs. They seem to all have cushions on the back too but mine only has cushion on the seat. Does anyone know what this is or know anywhere I can find more information on this piece? It seems like a regular chair with two wheels on the front. I know the wheels were placed on t for easy mobility.
