This is just a pretty little pin I found a while ago. It is only gold filled, but the pearl passed the "tooth test". It is not very old at all but I got it because it reminded me of some similar Victorian pansy pins.

I think you are correct, Moonstonelover21. It is probably retro; it is in almost perfect condition and it is also well made. I just like the design of it :)
