This is an 11" cased copper piece by a Czech producer called Knizek. I am not an expert in this type of glass. If anyone would like to add some history please chime in. This type of acid treated decor was done by many factories including Kralik, Goldberg, Bayermann and Rindscopf and others... I believe this type of decor is still done today.
