This is a small bowl or JIP style dish in this mystery pattern. I would love to find proper attribution. I would also love to find a metal basket to put it in! It's a bit small for a bride's basket.

Definitely not Fenton. It is probably English or Bohemian in origin.
I have the exact same one, we have twins! :D
I would call this Rubina Verde Opalescent. English or Bohemian.
