vase with enameled plums

This is another one which had absolutely no love on ebay.

It came from UK so I guess it's either by someone from Stourbridge or Bohemian from late 19 century or early 19 hundreds. I don't have much knowledge of enameling techniques, but I have seen some, this does not seem usual to me. Size is good too, it's over 11'' or around 29 cm.
