    this is a cute little bowl i got at a thrift shop yesterday. its not as opaque as the other pieces i have. not sure if its milk glass or vaseline glass.

    there were also no markings at all. :(

    can anyone help me identify its maker or age? (sorry for all the mysteries i'm posting, i'll look for a good book today)

      yes it is milk glass and the Yorktown pattern by Federal Glass. Vaseline glass is a name given to canary yellow glass that glow bright green under black light.
