honey bowl or sugar bowl? milk glass

once again... no markings! ugh!
can anyone help me identify this piece? there is a little hole for a spoon
handle? i wasn't sure if this was for sugar or honey.
i got it at a thrift shop alone, no matching creamer...thats why
i was wondering if it was for honey.

i love the handle on the lid, its decorated as well.
