I found this little beauty today. I believe it is sterling silver, even though it is not marked. Based on the c clasp I would say it is from the late 1800's.
I cleaned it up a bit; it was black and grey, but it still needs a bit of TLC.

Agram.m, I know that you know a lot about European jewelry. Victorians put a lot of meaning and symbolism into everything. The arrow could be a cupid's arrow. Am I right? But what about the circle? I have seen an arrow in a heart before. I hope you don't mind me asking :)
Here's one source, it has an arrow but it does not have your Arrow Through The Ring example.
